Regular everyday customer support is included in the monthly subscription fee. Our support team identifies, troubleshoots and resolves any technical and non-technical issues users might face. RDN's on-demand software delivery model allows us to support our applications effectively, ensuring smooth operation, optimized IT efficiency and the maximum benefits for our customers.

In addition to technical assistance, our support team is able to undertake all administrative tasks involved in maintaining and managing your applications and data. Our customer support completely releases you from having to deploy added IT infrastructure and additional IT staff.
